Wholepower® Detection Kit for COVID-19 RNA (Multiple RT-PCR Fluorescence Probing Lyophilized) is suitable for the diagnosis and epidemiological monitoring of diseases caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). ORF1a/b gene, N gene, S gene of 2019-nCoV are detected qualitatively from oropharyngeal swab samples and lavage fluid samples collected from suspected cases of pneumonia, patients with suspected cases, others who need to diagnose. And human RNase P gene was chosen as reference gene in the detection. Detection accuracy of RT-PCR can reach almost 100%. RT-PCR is used to detect 2019-nCoV as a gold standard in China.
